We were so lucky to get to speak with Kathleen, a patient here at Lipkowitz Dental, about her dental implants and overall experience with the practice.
What was your experience like with your previous dentist?
My previous dentist told me I had all these cracked and broken teeth, and that I needed to think about doing this and that, but never really pushed me to take action. Then, I said I needed to see what my options were, and they weren’t able to do everything for me. I had to go to another facility, and they started the process for implants. I said, “This is crazy.” I wanted to go somewhere where everything could be done, and it worked out very well coming to Lipkowitz Dental Associates.
When we came in for the consultation, Dr. Rob said we could do this. It was full service, which is what happens when you have someone who’s very experienced.
How did you start coming to Lipkowitz Dental?
My stepdaughter comes here, and my husband’s dentist retired, so she said, “Why don’t you go to Dr. Rob? They’re great there!” Most of Dr. Rob’s patients are referrals, and I would definitely refer anybody who needs care for their mouths to come here. Absolutely perfect!
What treatments have you had at Lipkowitz Dental?
I had two implants done, and then crowns on top of that. I had a lot of broken teeth that needed work, needed old fillings out, and all that – a lot of procedures. It was almost a two-year treatment plan by the time everything got done.
How do you feel about the results?
Oh wonderful! It’s like starting over with a full set of teeth that I didn’t have before.
What was your experience like with Dr. Rob and the rest of his team?
Oh, they’re amazing! They’re all great. The minute I walked in the door, I felt comfortable, so it’s been a great experience.
How has your life changed since you got your teeth done and everything?
I’m able to eat a lot better. Before, I was only able to chew on one side because I had missing teeth, and now that I have the implants, it’s made a world of difference.
If anyone is considering cosmetic dentistry or getting dental work done, I say it’s absolutely worth it. It doesn’t make sense to go around with holes in your mouth and missing teeth. Definitely come to Lipkowitz Dental. The staff is wonderful, everyone is very friendly, and they work with you to fit your schedule. I leave for the winter every year, and we had to work around that, but they are very accommodating as far as that goes.
