Rob Lipkowitz

Dr. Rob Lipkowitz

Dr. Lipkowitz  has been practicing dentistry for over 30 years. He is devoted to his patients and goes above and beyond to make their entire experience rewarding and stress-free.

Dental health is incredibly important to overall health and my goal is to help every patient achieve their healthiest, most beautiful smile.

Dr. Lipkowitz graduated from the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery with honors in 1986. After graduating he was selected for a hospital-based residency at Kings County Hospital in Brooklyn, NY. He started his practice in Magnolia, MA in 1990. 

He is dedicated to continually educating himself and improving his skills:

  • In 1993 he completed 300 hours of implant training from Harvard University’s Implant Dentistry seminars. He continued his Implant training with another 300 hours of training at Brookdale Hospital in NY.
  • He completed a 3-year program in Practice Development from the Center for Professional Development in Scottsdale, AZ. 
  • He has also completed a 3-year continuum Mastering Techniques in Advanced Dental Reconstruction and TMJ (jaw joint) disorders at the Center for Advanced Dental Studies in St. Petersburg, FL. 
  • Over the past 6 years he has been continuing his studies of Advanced Dental Treatment at Spear education, one of the leading educational institutions committed to excellence in continued education for dentists.

He has published many articles on Cosmetic and Implant dentistry as well as Quality Care issues in local and national dental journals. Dr. Lipkowitz served for many years on the executive board of the North Shore Dental Society and is the former editor of the North Shore Dental Society monthly newsletter.

Dr. Lipkowitz is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry and the Spear Education Faculty Club and is the past President of the Manchester Essex Rotary Club.

 He lives in Beverly with his wife and dogs. His hobbies include swimming, skiing, bicycling and teaching the traditional martial art of Aikido.

Ludmilla Santana, DA

Dental assistant

Ludmilla’s interest in dentistry began in high school when she assisted a dentist part-time after school. While she was at Penn State studying psychology, she assisted a Temple professor where she learned about implants, sinus lifts, and bone grafting surgeries. She has experience with general dentistry as well as periodontal dentistry.

In her spare time, she likes to volunteer, collect sea artifacts, and star gaze. She has obtained her radiology license from Boston University as well as numerous Yankee Dental Certificates.

Emily Smith

Emily has a varied background having worked in fields ranging from energy conservation to hospitality to non-profit social services. She graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a BS in Plant Biology. Emily enjoys being part of a team that delivers excellence in care in and out of the dental chair. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, museums, working in her yard, and doing jigsaw and crossword puzzles with and without her 3 children.

Kathy Reynolds, RDH 

DENTAL HYGIENIST

Kathy brings a stellar dental pedigree to the team. For her, dentistry is a family affair. Her father and two brothers are dentists and her mother was a dental hygienist!  She received her dental training at SUNY Broome in Binghamton, NY. 

Kathy is new to Massachusetts by way of Fairfield Connecticut. She and her three children have now relocated to Andover to be closer to family.  In her free time, she plays pickleball, practices Pilates, and enjoys exploring her new home state and all it has to offer!

Sarah Harvey

PATIENT COORDINATOR / DENTAL ASSISTANT

Sarah is a native of Gloucester and has lived here all her life. Her education is in Criminal Justice and she studied at both North Shore Community College and Salem State. When she is not spreading cheer at the office, she is at home with her three children. She also rescues animals.
