We sat down with Lexxi, both an employee and patient at Lipkowitz Dental, to talk about her experience with SureSmile treatment here at the practice.
What was your smile like before coming to Lipkowitz Dental?
I had braces a long time ago, but my bottom teeth were starting to shift. It was making me feel very unconfident in my smile, so I just wanted to fix it. My smile was crooked and misaligned, not centered. I didn’t like it. Coming here, meeting Dr. Rob, loving that he loves what he does for his job, all the information he gave me about SureSmile and what the process would be like – it made me feel very comfortable and confident.
What was your experience like working with Dr. Rob and his team?
Working with Dr. Rob and his team was amazing. They’re all nice people, smart, and the energy in the office is great. It’s always positive and an amazing atmosphere for everybody.
What was your experience like with SureSmile?
Amazing! It was easy, it was simple, and it’s not stressful. Time management isn’t really a problem because you have your retainers in all day, so it’s not bothering anyone. As long as you keep up with it, you’ll definitely see the results.
It was crazy how fast I saw movement of the teeth after the first trays; you can definitely feel it. You get excited because you can feel it! When you take off the first trays and get into your second trays, you can already notice the difference in your teeth shifting.
I love them. I’m already feeling more confident, and I love my smile. I can’t wait to complete my SureSmile treatment and be back to smiling with my teeth more, not just my lips, or feeling like someone’s going to be staring at my mouth while I’m talking to them. It’s great to not see that happening or feel like that’s happening

Do it. Don’t even question it, and you’ll see results almost immediately after your first tray. Dr. Rob is amazing. He loves his job, cares about his job, and loves all his patients. He’s probably the best dentist I know!
