Dr. Robert Lipkowitz
Dr. Robert Lipkowitz is a 1986 honors graduate from the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery. After graduating he was selected for a hospital-based residency at Kings County Hospital in Brooklyn, New York. He completed his residency year in 1987.
He joined the dental practice in 1990 and took over its operation in 1991. In 1993 he completed 300 hours of implant training from Harvard University’s seminars in implant dentistry. He continued his implant training with another 300 hours of training at Brookdale Hospital in New York City, complete his two-year program in June of 1996.
Doctor Lipkowitz completed a three-year program in practice development from the center for Professional Development in Scottsdale, Arizona. He has also completed a 3-year continuum mastering techniques in advanced dental reconstruction and TMJ (jaw joint) disorders at the Center for Advanced Dental Studies in St. Petersburg, Florida. He has published many articles on cosmetic and implant dentistry as well as quality care issues in local as well as national dental journals. Dr. Lipkowitz is the former assistant editor of the North Shore Dental Society. He is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Academy of Oral Implantology, American Equilibration Society, the North Shore Dental Society, and the Massachusetts Dental Society.
Doctor Lipkowitz lives in Beverly, Massachusetts. His hobbies include swimming, skiing, bicycling, Aikido, reading, drawing, and camping.
Cathy is native of Gloucester and a veteran of the United States Air Force. She has traveled to various parts of the world and has lived in the Philippines, Alaska, Virginia, and Idaho. She earned her Associates of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene at Middlesex Community College in Lowell, Massachusetts. She has been employed by Dr. Lipkowitz since February 1999.
Sarah is a native of Gloucester and has lived here all her life. Her Education is in Criminal Justice and she studied at both North Shore Community College and Salem State. When She is not working she is at home with her three children. She also rescues animals.
